Organizational leadership and Innovation GAME
This is a a 6 week hyper immersive course for committed participants. It will require approximately 60-90 minutes of your time each week, one in real time synchronyous learning and about an hour of your time outside the class. Suitable for anyone in any organization or small business the game adapts to participants at different levels.
This course gives executives the experience of leading and managing an internal venture.
Participants in a hyper immersive game world will
- Build a team and scale and grow an internal venture
- Approach finding product-market fit
- Pitch and persuade key stakeholders
- Manage finances
- Negotiate with potential customers and stakeholders
What You Will Do
The Organizational Leadership and Innovation Game is a multi-session game in which partcipants work in teams for the WISE Corporation, a large, diversified company. They are given the opportunity to join the WISE Accelerator, which helps the company launch innovative new products and services. Learners take on a leadership role as they lead an internal venture – DX Technology – to success. As they run their venture, they make critical decisions that will affect their future. Each decision is consequential in this adaptive hyper immersive game
Cost and Scheduling
This is $1350 per participant and the course will run on Tuesdays at 5pm EST three times a year starting March 2024.
