THE HYPER IMMERSIVE GAMES

This remote team game  is a hyper immersive, challenging and comprehensive six week advanced intensive for committed entrepreneurs and experienced executives  that is 60-90 minutes length fixed time once a week.There will be an additional time commitment of  an hour each week for home study with participation with fellow team members via Whats App.  

The Entrepreneurship Games gives participants the experience of running a high growth startup  from initial idea through financing through to final execution . Whether experiencing  for your own business or organization  or wanting to know what your entrepreneurial clients go through this game is packed with real world use and insights. Participants make increasingly consequential choices and are guided along the way via lectures, adaptive feedback, interactive videos, scoring, coaching, and gamified elements.

Verified  Instructors Anna Wilding and Jonathan Marks guide up 4- 8 students over a six week period.  The game is adaptive to participants of any level however participants are advised to have significant Executive experience in their field,  or an MBA or an Executive MBA , or equivalent . A University degree is not required.  Designed by Wharton Professor Ethan Mollick.

 Students will enter a hyper-immersive world and work in teams taking on the role of a founding team of a startup and experiencing the challenges of leading a business to success . We provide comprehensive  online materials  in this multi session game to give participants confidence and success

This competitive game requires a six week commitment of 2-3 hours total per week. We offer two time choices . Either the 6 week course on Saturday mornings  at 11am EST or the  6 week course on Wednesday evenings at 8pm EST.  The course times you select are not interchangeable. It is a team game so all are expected to be available to contribute to the team. If you need to miss one of the sessions please notify your Instructor and team mates in advance so that one of your teammates can cover your decisions. The game is adaptive so each decision has consequences to the team , just like real life,  and therefore game points.

This game aims to have positive real world meaning and impact in students’ lives and future plans.
